With a background solely in social work, my focus has always been on empowering and supporting my clients throughout their journey. My clinical practice is centered around children and youth, where I aim to provide comprehensive support in managing various stressors. Whether it's peer relationships, family dynamics, academic pressures, or mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and anger, I work alongside clients to develop coping strategies and foster resilience.
